Feedback typed at midnight, invoices chased for weeks, bookings buried in group chats. Cricket Caddy ends all three — see it below.
Stop juggling group chats, spreadsheets and bank transfers. From publishing availability to getting paid, Cricket Caddy handles the admin.
Publish your hours once — a day, a week, or the same slots every week for the term, at your saved grounds. Then click any open stretch, or drag a player's name onto it, and the session is booked and priced.
Requests roll in from players and parents; approve one session or a whole weekly series in a tap. Prices auto-match your packages.
Type a player's mobile and we'll text them a link with their details already filled in. You can book them in the meantime.
One tap starts it, the ground tags itself, the timer runs full-screen. Rained off? Mark it abandoned — nobody's charged and the pack session goes back.
End the session, talk into your phone, and the note is on the player's record before you've left the ground — transcribed as you speak.
A squad session is one block on your calendar and up to thirty separate records underneath, each with its own feedback and pack balance.
Itemised statements build themselves from delivered sessions — your logo, your ABN, siblings combined — settled by bank transfer or PayID with zero card fees.
Price a batch package once and selling it books all ten sessions at once, spread across whichever days suit.
Twelve months of earnings as a bar chart of money actually received, this week's fill rate, and who's still owing.
Caddy, a voiced walkthrough of every screen, shows you the ropes and skips whatever you've already mastered. Export the lot to a spreadsheet whenever you like — nothing's locked in. Add it to your home screen and it runs full-screen, like an app.
Your training lives in one place — what you worked on, what your coach said, and what to focus on next. Old enough for your own account? It's yours. Younger players get a profile inside their parent's account and see everything except the booking button.
Every session your coach runs leaves a written note and a rating on your record — what you worked on, what to fix, and what next time's focus is. It's all still there a season later.
Record match performances — runs, overs, wickets, plus how your fitness, mindset and skills felt — and watch the insights build into your personal focus areas.
Drag across your coach's published hours to request a time — once, or the same slot every week for the term. Pick the focus, and the price lands when your coach confirms.
You book the sessions, see the feedback, and get one clear tax invoice a month — even with two kids training. Here's how it works:
Families book your academy, not a person. You allocate the coach when you approve — and every session lands on that coach's own calendar, runs on their own screen, and bills under their own name.
Drop a window on the academy calendar, set how many spots and which of your coaches can take it. Families see your academy's name; you pick who turns up.
One calendar, colour-coded per coach and filterable down to one person. Approve a request — or a whole weekly series — and reassign any session in a click.
Revenue this month against last, earnings per coach, invoiced against collected, and every session note your coaches have written.
Add coaches to the academy, see who trains with whom, and hold one player list across the whole organisation.
A single spreadsheet covering the whole academy — players, bookings, session logs, invoices and payments. Your data is never locked in.
Register your academy and we'll stand it up with you — roster, branding, ABN and payment details — so your coaches are taking bookings from day one.
Coach, player or academy — one account does it all. We're opening the platform to a limited group of early members, who get every feature unlocked and a direct line to the people building it.
